MAY 1 marks DAY ONE of the LEZFINITY 6 WEEK 10K EVERY DAY challenge. The goal of this challenge is to get motivated to get moving while we hold each other accountable to stay active!
Regular exercise can help reduce your risk of these common health problems:
• Heart disease
• Obesity
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure
• Depression
This will be a very low-tech step challenge and we will use a Google Doc to track our participation. This challenge is device agnostic so you can use any method to track your own steps – a pedometer, FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin, an app on your phone – whatever you want. Then, using the honor system, you will visit the google doc and manually enter your steps. You will also be able to see the progress of everyone else. Make sure you’ve tracked your steps WEEKLY and we may have some giveaway drawings for those who are tracking regularly!
